Zorbing
Zorbing is the new thrill seeking experience. Put simply, zorbing is rolling down a hill in a big inflatable ball.
At Downhill Revolution West Wales we offer a harnessed run where one or two people are strapped into the ball in proper rally harnesses and pushed down our custom made run.
And the zorbing experience doesn’t stop there, we have a viewing area with benches and some picnic tables where you can watch friends or other zorbonaut’s as they take on our hill.
Segway
We have Segway’s available to run on our indoor course, or to explore the surrounding countryside when the weather is suitable on a guided tour.
Learn to use with a short tuition session, practice on the course, then compete in time trials!
The Segway is a two-wheeled self-balancing battery-powered electric vehicle. Computers in the base of the Segway control the motors and keep the Segway upright and stable. The Segway responds to the user shifting their weight to move backward and forward and to set speed.

ZORBING WALES ROLLS INTO CARDIFF
We have a stand on the lead up to Christmas (11th -23rd December 2011) in the centre of Cardiff on Woking Street. Please call in and learn about the thrill of zorbing. We are selling zorbing vouchers at a very special reduced rate, these vouchers come in an attractive wallet and make a great gift or stocking filler.

Rugby star rides the Big Ball of West Wales
Cardiff Blues number 8, Xavier Rush took full advantage of our ride and roll deal when he visited us at the beggining of March. 17 stone Former All Black Rush could be heard laughing all the way down the run and when he got out at the bottom he said that it was an “awesome bit of fun” and that he “is looking forward to trying the longer run” when we open it later on in the year!! And he was even more keen to get his girlfriend in the ball and launch her down our run!!
Riding and Accomodation in West Wales
Finished your zorbing experience and looking for other activities?? Well look no further because here at Downhill Revolution West Wales we can offer you spectacular riding on the stunning Druidstone beach or through private woodland. Riding is available to jockeys of all abilities, from complete beginners to experienced riders and we offer rides for an hour and an hour and a half. Zorbers, friends and family will get a discount in our “Ride and Roll” deal.
